Privacy policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

RePortCo ("we", "us") runs reportco.ai. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site, book an intro call, or send us a note, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you book a call. Your name, email, company, what you need, and the time you pick. Booking runs through Cal.com.
• When you send a note. Your name, work email, company, and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit.
• When you email us. Whatever you include in the email.
• When you visit the site. Basic visit data (pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you across other sites. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes IP addresses to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold the intro call, do the work if we end up working together, and see how the site is used so we can improve it.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who helps us

A few service providers handle parts of this for us. They only get what they need for that job, and each has its own privacy policy.

• Cal.com for booking. The calendar on our site may set cookies it needs to work.
• Google for the calendar invite and the Google Meet call.
• FormSubmit to deliver the "Send a note" form to our email.
• Cloudflare for hosting, email forwarding, and site analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to talk with you and, if we work together, to do the work and keep business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email info@reportco.ai and we'll take care of it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or email system is 100% secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Other sites

The site links to services we don't run (like Cal.com and Google). Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
